Here is the charter that all the French pupils signed and agreed to respect. We hope that our British friends will respect them as well.

CHARTER

This blog is linked to the website of my school, so I must give my login and my password to the teacher responsible for this project. I must read and accept this charter with the teachers, and I will respect the following rules :
- I will not display any document (texts, pictures or photos...) whose content is violent, obscene or pornographic, or which could provoke ethnic prejudice or discrimination. This document shall not offend human dignity, men and women's equality, or children and teenagers' protection. 
- I will not display any texts, photos and pictures promoting crimes, murders or suicide, the consumption of illegal or dangerous substances, discrimination, hatred or violence. 
- I will not display any private defamatory or injurious information or display any piece of information which can help identify a person (surname, address, phone number...). 
- I will not sell or promote any products or services, and use my weblog for professional purposes.
- I will not violate intellectual property copyrights (music, photos, softwares...) : I must ask the author or the person who owns the copyrights to allow me to use his/her material. 
- I will not leave a message or comment whose content would violate one of the former rules. 

I represent and warrant that the content I supply, provide, post or upload does not violate one of these terms. I am responsible for the comments left by the visitors on my blog.


As visitors on the blogs, you are expected to follow the same rules. If you do not, we will ask your teachers to take measures and you won't have the right to take part in our project any more. Don't forget it can end in legal action in both countries.
